Matt Garner (also known in some circles as "Question the Majority," "Doctor X," "Interviewer 111," and "The Only Likeable Conservative") is the creator, writer, artist, and Toastmaster General of "Tales from Planet Z." He's somewhat infamous for having an irreverent and sarcastic sense of humor, a blunt manner of speaking, and a manic-depressive streak; but for the most part, people mention his friendly attitude and passion for making others laugh. Also his horrendous body odor, but it's a gland problem and not really his fault.
