Redge Sandler is the leader of the popular trendsetters in Frackstonville High, or the "Preps" as the Outcasts refer to them. Essentially the polar opposite of Norm, Redge is conceited, selfish, and rude, constantly manipulating and threatening everyone around him. Unfortunately, as he and his sister Keri are the children of some of the richest business owners in town, they almost always get their way. Unless, of course, the Outcasts have anything to do with it. Naturally, there's quite some enmity between the two groups.
