Tim is Norm and Anita's dad and just spending a few minutes with him will make it obvious who Anita takes after. He's just as energetic and flighty as his daughter (possibly moreso!) but, like Anita, he just likes to keep life fun and interesting. Norm clearly takes after his father as far as appearance, though I guess we still don't get any good clues as to what his true hair color is...
